We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3pm.
All orders up-to a value of £80.00 will be dispatched by first class post.
All orders between £80.00 to £150.00 will be dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
All orders of £150.00 and above will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
This is part of our UK Free delivery service and does not attract a surcharge at the checkout however; if you would like to pay a little extra using one of the options below, please state this at the checkout.
For that extra piece of mind, we offer Royal Mail Recorded delivery service; your order will then have to be signed for at your address, which can be tracked on Royal Mail’s website. This service does not insure your item, it simply gives you piece of mind. The cost of this is £1.99 and will need to be added to your shopping cart as postage. (Unless your item has a value of between £80-£149 - then this service is free).
If you're in a hurry, and we have your item in stock, we also offer a next day delivery service. This is guaranteed for the next working day providing the order is placed before 12 noon. The cost of this is £5.85 and will need to be added on your shopping cart as postage. (Unless your item has a value of £150 or above - then this service is free).
As per UK orders, all orders are normally dispatched the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 3pm.
We use Royal Mail's Airsure service for all international deliveries. International shipping usually takes up to 10 days approximately.
Shipping on all orders to countries within the EU are charged at a flat rate of £6.95.

Please bring photographic identification with you (i.e. drivers licence or passport), and your order confirmation. We will let you know when the order is ready to collect via email or telephone.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 10 days. We are happy to exchange the item, or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. However we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred as part of the original order or when returning the item to us.
To return your item to us, please copy your original invoice and include it with your returned item. This will ensure we have all the information we need to process your return quickly.

The prices quoted include UK tax at a rate of 20% for orders made from the UK or the European Union.
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Secpay Merchant Services. They are not held by Lester and Brown Online or any third party except for Secpay Merchant Services.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept debit/credit card payment. If you are shopping from the U.K. we accept Visa, and Mastercard. We also accept payment using the Pay Pal system / using your Pay pal account.

The payment is taken at the point of ordering not the point of delivery, if we are unable to supply an item we will contact you with an option to refund the money or supply an alternative item.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice.
We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
