Delivery Options

Delivery can only be made to mainland UK addresses. For your protection your order will be delivered to the address registered as the statement address for the card being used for payment.

Is there a delivery charge?

Standard Delivery is free of charge and your order will normally be despatched next working day. Please allow 3 days for your order to arrive. Our standard service is Royal Mail first class. If for any reason the item is unexpectedly out of stock then we will contact you by email the same or next working day of your order.

Recorded Delivery

This is £1.99 and is a 'sign for' Royal Mail service. It goes with normal post so if you are not in then the postman will leave a card and you would normally have to collect from your nearest royal mail customer service centre.

Special Delivery

This is £3.95 and is a 'sign for' Royal Mail service. The service is guaranteed and insured. Like recorded delivery, if you are not in then the postman will leave a card and you would have to pick up from your nearest Royal Mail customer service centre. The service is not guaranteed for Saturday's. For orders over £80 this service is free.

Returns

I you need to return an item then please post to: Lester and Brown, 29 Park Lane, Poynton, Cheshire, SK12 1RD.

Please note that you are responsible if an item goes missing in the post. If you are concerned then we recommend that you use Royal mail recorded delivery or Royal mail special delivery. These are both sign for services.

You will need to pay for the return postage and will be refunded in full minus a postage charge if you had one on the original order.
